When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with @rare.weg and the Art Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

Changed your mind after receiving an original artwork? You have 7 days from the date you received it to inform our Art Service.

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, or

All return shipments must be arranged through Inna Wegener Studio Art Service and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).

2. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 25% processing fee based on the total purchase amount.

If you need assistance in finding a replacement artwork, we're pleased to offer you a complimentary art advisor who can help you select the perfect piece from Inna Wegener's artwork collection.

If the original artwork arrived damaged or was misrepresented, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.

Please note: that special commissions, limited and open edition prints, and frames are considered final sale items. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase. Additionally, no refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.
